Editable Canva Guide

A simple guide to editing your Celebrate & Send templates in Canva.

1. Open Your Template

After purchase, you’ll receive a PDF with a link.
Click the link → your design opens in Canva (free version).

No software require

2. Customize Your Design

You can freely edit:

✔ Text
✔ Fonts
✔ Colors
✔ Photos
✔ Layout spacing
✔ Additional elements

Some artwork or illustrations may be locked to maintain design quality.

3. Replace Photos (if applicable)

  • Click the existing photo

  • Press “Delete”

  • Upload your own

  • Drag it into place

5. Save & Download

When finished:

Go to Share → Download
Choose:

  • PDF Print (best for printing)

  • JPG (best for texting)

  • PNG (high-quality digital)

Select Crop Marks + Bleed for printing.

4. Edit Colors

Choose a color that matches your theme:

  • Click an element

  • Tap the color tile

  • Enter your brand hex code or choose from Canva’s palette

6. Common Questions

Do I need Canva Pro?
No! All templates work with the free version.

Can I change the size?
Some templates include size variations; others must stay the original size.

Can I reuse the template?
Yes—personal use only.
