Quick fixes for the most common issuesTake a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point.

1. I Didn’t Receive My Files

Your files should be available instantly.

Try:

  • Checking your email spam/junk folder

  • Logging into your account and going to “Purchases”

  • Refreshing the download page

2. My Template Didn’t Open in Canva

If the link doesn’t load:

  • Try a different browser (Chrome works best)

  • Make sure you’re logged into Canva

  • Copy/paste the link directly into your browser

  • Disable pop-up blockers

3. I Can’t Edit a Certain Element

Some illustrations, graphics, or sizes are locked to protect the design.
You can edit all text, photos, and most colors.

Message me if you need a variation.

4. The Colors Look Different When Printed

This is normal due to:

  • Home printer settings

  • Paper type

  • Monitor vs print color differences

Try:

  • Printing a test page

  • Choosing “High Quality”

  • Using premium cardstock

  • Adjusting printer color settings

5. The File Looks Blurry

Make sure you downloaded using:

  • PDF Print

  • High quality

  • Crop marks + bleed (if needed)

Avoid JPG for printing.
