CUSTOM PRICING PACKAGES

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your design spot and begin all custom design services, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery of the final files. Due to the personalized nature of custom design work, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Pricing is per event and does not include printing unless otherwise stated. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on timely client communication and approvals, and rush services are subject to availability and must be approved prior to purchase.

  • Select your package and complete the inquiry or booking form. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your design spot and begin the design process.

  • The deposit reserves your spot on my design calendar and covers the time spent on design, communication, and revisions. Because all custom work is personalized, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered. You’ll be notified once your design is approved and ready for completion.

  • Turnaround time depends on the package selected and timely communication. Most custom designs are completed within 3–10 business days. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

  • Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, outlined in the package details. Additional revisions can be added if needed.

  • You’ll receive print-ready PDFs and shareable JPEG files. Canva editable files are included in select packages or available as an add-on.

  • Printing is not included, but all files are professionally formatted and ready for home or professional printing. Print setup guidance is available as an add-on.

  • Yes! If you select a package that includes a Canva editable version—or add it on—you’ll be able to make text edits using a free Canva account.
