Printing Guide

Everything you need to print your Celebrate & Send invitations beautifully.

1. Download Your Files

After editing your template in Canva, download your design using one of the recommended formats:

  • PDF Print – Best for professional print shops or home printing

  • JPG – Great for texting or digital invites

  • PNG – High-quality digital use

Tip: Always select Crop Marks + Bleed if supported.

2. Recommended Paper

For best results, use:

  • Cardstock: 90–110 lb (250–300 gsm)

  • Finish: Matte, linen, or lightly textured

  • Color: Bright white or warm white

Avoid thin printer paper.

3. Home Printing

Great for small quantities.

Tips:

  • Set print quality to High

  • Use the “Actual Size” setting

  • Print one test page before the full batch

  • Make sure your printer can handle thick cardstock

4. Local Print Shop

Perfect for high-quality prints.

Popular options include:

  • Staples

  • FedEx Office

  • Office Depot

  • UPS Store

  • Local boutique print shops

Ask for:

  • 110 lb cardstock

  • Color printing

  • Trim to size

5. Online Printing (Optional)

You can upload your PDF to any online printer you prefer.

Check:

  • Bleed settings

  • Finished size

  • Paper weight options
