1. GENERAL TERMS (APPLY TO ALL PACKAGES)
1.1 Services
Celebrate & Send provides custom digital invitation design, stationery suites, event branding, and digital template customization services. All services are design-based and delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
1.2 Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking and begin design work for all custom packages. The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.
For digital download customizations, full payment is required upfront.
Deposits apply only to the services outlined at the time of booking and do not reserve future design availability.
1.3 Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the custom nature of design services:
All deposits are non-refundable
All completed design work is non-refundable
Cancellations do not qualify for refunds once work has begun
1.4 Design Window & Communication
Design timelines begin once:
The deposit is received, and
All required information is submitted
Clients are responsible for timely communication. Delays in responses do not pause the design window unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.5 Proof Approval
Once final approval is given:
Celebrate & Send is not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, or layout
Additional changes require a new booking or revision fee
Clients are encouraged to review all proofs carefully.
1.6 Printing & Color Disclaimer
Celebrate & Send is not responsible for printing errors, printer requirements, or color variations between screens and printed materials. Test prints are recommended.
1.7 Intellectual Property
All designs remain the property of Celebrate & Send until full payment is received. Upon final payment, clients receive personal-use rights for their event. Designs may not be resold, redistributed, or altered for commercial use.
1.8 Portfolio Use
Celebrate & Send reserves the right to showcase completed designs for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to project completion.

Includes up to 3 revision rounds
Turnaround
Standard turnaround: 7–10 business days
Notes
Additional items not included in the bundle require a separate booking or upgrade
FULL EVENT STATIONERY SUITE
Includes
Invitation suite
Multiple day-of stationery items as selected at booking
Revisions
Includes up to 3 revision rounds per item
Turnaround
Standard turnaround: 10–14 business days
Notes
Scope is defined at booking
Additional event pieces added later require a new booking and deposit
ELITE INVITATION SUITE
Includes
Full invitation suite
One (1) day-of stationery item
Event branding & style guidance
Canva templates for all pieces
Print-ready and digital formats
Priority Turnaround
First draft delivered within 3–5 business days
Revisions prioritized over non-Elite clients
Design Window
Unlimited revisions allowed within a 14-day active design window
The window begins once payment and all required details are received
Design windows do not pause due to delayed client responses
Notes
The 50% deposit applies only to the Elite Invitation Suite phase
Additional event items requested later require a new booking and deposit
Design window extensions may be available for an additional fee
